By accessing the services provided by Trekking Top Nepal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Nepal, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
02User Responsibilities
As an expedition participant, you are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information. You must follow the instructions of our leads and safety officers at all times. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in expulsion from the trip without refund.
03Limitation of Liability
Trekking Top Nepal acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, sightseeing, activities, and accommodations. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by any such third-party provider or by acts of nature.
04Governing Law
Any claim relating to Trekking Top Nepal's services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
