2. Cancellation by Trekking Top Nepal
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. In such cases:
- We will offer a full refund of all payments made to us (excluding any bank charges).
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your booking to another trip date or a different package of equivalent value.
- We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you (e.g., international flights, visa fees).
3. Postponement Policy
If you wish to postpone your trip, you must notify us at least 30 days before departure on writing. There is no charge for postponing your trip, and your deposit will be transferred to your new trek date (subject to availability and updated pricing).
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Bank charges for the refund transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such events, standard cancellation policies or flexible rescheduling options will apply.
