
Terms of Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip with Trekking Top Nepal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking.
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trip commencement.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card (surcharge may apply), or cash.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Deposit is forfeited (lifetime valid for future trips).
- Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the trip cost.
4. Trip Changes & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political instability, or natural disasters. We will do our best to provide a suitable alternative, but any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Health & Fitness
Travelers must be in good physical health. It is your responsibility to declare any medical conditions before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a traveler is unfit for the journey.
6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips. It must cover emergency medical and rescue services (including helicopter evacuation) for the maximum altitude of your trek.
7. Liability
Trekking Top Nepal acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions of third parties or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law
These terms generally are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
