01Booking & Deposits
To secure your expedition with Trekking Top Nepal, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to secure permits, logistics, and elite guides in advance.
02Standard Cancellation Timeline
In the event of cancellation, the following refund schedule applies to the remaining balance:
- 60+ Days Prior: Full refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
- 30-59 Days Prior: 50% refund of the remaining balance.
- Less than 30 Days: No refund available due to immediate logistical commitments.
03Emergency & Force Majeure
If a trip is cancelled by Trekking Top Nepal due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, or governmental restrictions), we offer a full credit toward a future expedition or a negotiated refund, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
04Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Rescheduling requests made at least 45 days before the departure date will be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability. Requests made within 45 days may incur a rescheduling fee.
